Aww! 🩷 there is no shame in that! A lot of adults collect tamagotchis (like me). If you want to get back into tamagotchis, the tamagotchi community is big and welcoming and can help guide you. ✨

Brooooo I haven’t got a tamagotchi because they’re too expensive for me but I have been wanting one and now I REALLY want one, because I the monster one is so on brand for me!! Purple and green are my favourite colours and I love spooky Halloween gothic stuff 😭💔 hopefully I’ll be able to get one somehow

The angel one is SOOOO perfect. I have a smart one (Niziu), but I might try to buy this one. Do you think the Uni is fun over months? I barely play with my smart after a couple of months. Maybe because I could only understand how to navigate the menus, but couldn't understand the dialogues etc, since it's in Japanese.

Yes, I agree! I just got my Angel uni today and I am making a review for it. I feel the same way about my smarts. I love them, but I think I don’t play it often because of the language and having to navigate. I LOVE my uni, because it’s easier to navigate in English. Also, It’s extremely fun and new features available. Eventually, Bandai will discontinue them along with the Wi-Fi feature… but I’m guessing that fans will bring it back somehow just like they brought back the app for the Tamagotchi ON. So, I think it’s worth it! It’s one of my favorite versions as a collector myself. :)

I think its so cute and i love it, but as a collector i am worried, in the future when they not support this tamagotchi anymore, you are nothing with the tickets ,because you need wifi to put it, thats just why i am scared

I am too! They will eventually do the same thing they did with the ON. We paid money for the ticket, so we should still be able to use them. I hope that they find a way to keep it or the fans who fixed the ON app situation.

I have a Monster coming in and pretty excited! I don't quite understand the DLC stuff and hope those aren't stressful to achieve. >.< I heard there's some DLC exclusives that you gotta buy separately for extra content. Hopefully in the future, those can be free. What Unis do you prefer?

I hope you enjoy the monster! It is REALLY fun. The DLCs are required, but it is fun to have them for some extra content. It is pretty simple to use! I prefer the angel because the shell and the angel characters. It is very cute! :)

Can you run two dL simultaneously? So Angel and Monster together at the same time? Or Monster and Sanario on the same Uni at the same time? If I wanted to do that would I just need a Uni for each theme? Is that why people buy the themed shells?

You can only run 1 DL at a time (per uni), sadly! Yes, It’s better to buy the shells and get the tickets to download to the Uni. Any ticket can be used for any Uni. So I could download monster ticket on the Angel shell uni. However, you can only use the ticket 3 times.

I always wanted to know what it looked like when your tama dies on the pixs. And a few days ago I was going onto my tama and watched as two angels took it and I got the grave stone. I'm still traumatized🥲.

I’m new to tamagotchis so I’m very confused. If I but the angel festival one do I have to use the ticket to be able to raise one of the angel themed characters? What is the ticket for if I’m already buying the angel themed one?

Good question! So, if you buy the Angel you still have to use the ticket that it comes with or it’s just going to be the same as the standard version. That’s why the tickets are included. Some people just buy the tickets separately if they already have a uni. Others want the new shell as well. :)

Hi! Are you referring to the character wearing the pumpkin hat? That is an item you can download for your tama to wear! I hope you’re loving the uni. It’s one of the best versions.

Will the release be limited? I’m waiting so patiently for monster karnival but I live in Germany and don’t know if I’ll be able to buy it asap… so will it be rare and not available for a long time? Or am I safe waiting and not buying on random websites.. idk where to buy 😢 I think it could be easier once it should actually drop - on 13/7?

Usually you’ll be able to purchase tamas even after the release so you’re good! They will always restock until they discontinue it (which won’t happen for a while). When Bandai decides to discontinue this version, I think it will be a sought after tama with an inflated price from resellers. It’s best to purchase it while it’s affordable during the release.

The tickets can only be used up to 3 times. From the official site: * If necessary, you will be able to link the download to your Tamagotchi Uni device up to 3 times. That being said, you CAN go back to vanilla, but then that would be a waste of a link. This is why I bought both angel and monster so I wouldn't have to worry about buying a new ticket or something. I don't like how they did this, I think it is a weird method for the fans.

Yeah, they are basically the same uni characters, but themed based on the ticket you use.

I already pre-ordered two of each. One to open, one to keep sealed, from Japan You Want Tamagotchi. I prefer the smaller, more compact, Japanese packaging. U.S. packaging is ridiculously oversized and wasteful imho.
