I am doing extremely well today. I had surgery about a month ago and today (even though I still have some healing to go) I found out the surgery worked!!! I have been traveling all day to and from my doctors and now I’m finally home. And I’m so happy. Also, I got to tell my daughter that I’m ok. She has been really worried and now she can focus on her college graduation which is also this week! So many things to be grateful for. I hope everyone is doing well ❤

I am good and busy. Performing neuroscience therapy is stressful and intense yet very rewarding. I deal with heavy cases. Having a bit of elective surgery later this week. My time to finally take off from work and fully relax and have 3 weeks of healing and self care. Doing HBOT and red light therapy to heal faster. I resonate with Filippo's thoughts. I truly believe life gives us hints, and we need to remain open to noticing them. More importantly, we have to trust these signs. Tamara, you often mention your gut feeling and how it has guided you through life. This resonates deeply with me. Recognizing those hints and understanding that things happen for you, not to you, is what keeps me going. It’s about not being afraid to stand out simply because you don’t follow the mainstream. I think this is what many people fear-standing out by approaching something differently from the majority. This consensus can be dangerous because it stifles our true desires and intuition. You asked how we were really feeling. Honestly, I am happy most of the time-looking forward to seeing my family soon and finally finding some calm. I’m studying conference interpreting, and while the constant criticism is exhausting, I’m still grateful for the regular feedback. That said, I do feel pressure-not necessarily to be as skilled as you or Simone in what you do, but because I need to keep going and even accelerate to keep up. I believe the hard work will pay off. However, even though my fellow students and I dedicate countless nights to this profession, we still encounter deeply disappointing setbacks. This is where Filippo's wisdom comes in: if you feel aligned with what you’re doing, even when hard work doesn’t immediately pay off, keep going. Trust in your path and keep moving forward because it feels right, and you feel guided. I know I can make it one day, but I hope even more that I won't give up along the way... because the hick-ups and lows are writing the best stories :) Your content for me is true escapism, a little break from all the questionmarks throughout the day. I'm grateful for your work and openess! Sorry for the long comment, I hope it didn't bore you! Thanks again and have a wonderful time wherever you are! XX
