Hi Anh, greetings from Kodiak, Alaska and a big thank you for such a great question about blue poppy seeds. I am curious... How did you find the blue poppy seeds? I have a video about growing blue poppies which you can watch here: kzbin.info/www/bejne/b2LUaH-ngd2SeK8 They prefer a cool climate and need a cold period, for example, in the freezer, to break germination. But maybe you know someone in Viet Nam who grows them. That would be wonderful.

Thank you verry much, every type of poppy is not popular in Vietnam because everyone believes that the opium poppy plant is Papaver somniferum and the law does not allow growing Papaver somniferum, they pay little attention to other types of opium poppy plants that do not produce opium.
