MS = CAPE halts or stoppages may be the flg stn TBM, VM, TPJ, DGL MDU ,VPT and TEN. If passengers or citizens want CVP then Virudhunagar Jn (VPT) can be replaced with Kovilpati= CVP. The aforementioned stations should be treated as my suggestions. However, Railways / SR will go for four or five halts such as 1)Tambaram or Villupuram, 2 .Tiruchchi Jn. 3 )Madurai Jn. 4 Tirunelveli Jn and 5) NCJ .

MS, VM, TPJ, MDU , TEN, NCJ and CAPE. Any additional stop will slow down. I think this might take 8.30 hours. MS-TPJ 3.40 hours, TPJ -MDU 1.40hours, MDU-TEN 1.40hours, TEN-NCJ 45 mins, NCJ-CAPE 15 mins. 30 mins grace period. It should start from CAPE in the morning at 6.00AM reach MS at 2.00PM. MS start at 3.00PM and reach CAPE at 11PM.
