With pudina, you can make thokku, it will taste very nice. Pudina( cleaned, wadhed and air dried), hing, tamrind, dry coconut, green chili, salt, grind everything without adding water. This can be used in buttermilk, for dosa, rice and you can also use as instant paste for making pudina rice.

Hi Malar, I completely agree with u even I dnt like to buy snacks from shop every Diwali I do more than 10 items and make sweet n snack box for my friends. My friends would always be waiting for this box every year this excites and push me to make more items. Again watched ur adhirasam video and made it yesterd turned perfect.
