9 Super Empath Traits // In this video, I outline nine super empath traits to help you better understand the difference between a disempowered codependent empath and a fully empowered super empath.
The super empath awakening is where the rubber meets the road when it comes to the dynamic between the super empath and a narcissist predator.
Whether we’re talking about the super empath vs narcissist - or - the super empath vs covert narcissist…
Either way, many are fascinated when watching the super empath destroy narcissist types effortlessly, and quickly turn the tables on any narcissist foolish enough to take them on.
Want to know how the super empath annihilates narcissistic abuse permanently? You don’t want to miss this!
Enjoy!

Hi Tamie. I enjoyed your video and yes, you have hit many things said on the nail. Triggering them yes my entire life. Two of my siblings have made this eviteable when after our parents died and okdest brother. My two bully and narcissituc sublings suster and brother had went around to other family and spread falsified information about me. It dud get back to me. As I could not understand hiw skme clise family members were distance towards me. I did syand my ground and fought expressing to a few family mbers the false lies spread are npt valid. I also had comfrknted later my sister who started the accusation and said yoy know what yoy said about me was a lie. I do know why you said it sister. I laid it out the whys and she got quiet and just was embarrassed and called out in front of a few other family members. Until tiday we are no longer connected. I permanently disconnected from my suster and brother who do not care for me. Jealous of my life endeavors bur most of all just plain put mean, jealous and insecured displaykng narcissitic behaviors that I am npt playing with dealing with them. have a long time knew I was different from others. I ended a relationship with a narcissist who decided to try to pull a big one over me but feel my higher power stepped in and declared Forbidden Love. I broke the connection off. Ex wanted to have other options and try to fit me in as one of his options and I was not going to have it because i know my self worth. Yes, I had to be knocked down going through trucks and even a scape goat in KY family being the youngest of four kids to go through the negative shit to understand yes I am different from that of what I am being said of by some of the past because I am independent, tell anyone like it us and no my integrity. Life's tough trials was needed to show me this to be able to discover my issues, heal from them, learn from them and self care. I had to discover who I am truly are by hoing through not so pleasant things in my life. Understanding not all things will be hood to learn from and grow. I have pulled the plug on many, blocking them and permanently disconnections. No I do not have anymore room, interest or time for any of those people and things that do not serve my life purpose. ZERO Interest! I am on my own, independent and doing my life purpose. Campaign smearing not a phase anymore and knew it was going to be this because my misunderstood things about me others may take out of context and make it their own assumptions and in the process try to degrade me in the process. But I see through all this Crap and do not care and also let them know clearly this. I stand by who I know who I am. I no longer validate myself to others explaining to them. It is not my j9b to fix or convince anyone what and who I am or fix them. Yes I will let them know who I am and light synopsus of a few details.and leave it at that. My soul life purpose is what matters to me. Settkng healthy boundaries abd enforcing them wasvthe best, wisest thong I can do for Linda. There are some people, things who ust do not belong in my life. It took me 50 years to learn what was needed to learn and tap into my abilities I have but did not know. This was better discovered being on my own. I am happy to carry on on my own. I am okay at times to mingle with others but do know the difference. When I enter an establishment and I pick up immediately who are the ones whose unsecured and not for real. They know me to and thus us why they turn away and they hide some or they may try to challenge me.

This explains how I overcame narcissists!!! I've always had self-love, but I had a habit of ignoring my intuition by giving others the benefit-of-the-doubt. It took a narcissist to be a catalyst that catapulted me into TOTAL SELF-LOVE.

thats my mistake before, i never listen to my gut and intuition, until it was there, and they started to act sht on you, but at least you got all the infos already about them. hehehe. if you know what i mean. i wonder tho, what its like to be a super empath vs a super empath? i did gave a few infos about me, but not alll..... cause im still observing this person... checking out if i could trust her fully, or not. i talk everything unimportant even a few secrets, but i dont expose all of them, i have to make sure i really trust this person. another thing, there are persons in my life, that they think im their true friend, but i dont see them the same way, people could change anyway, or maybe a narc was talking all along, when their action is opposed to what i feel their intention was, i make sure i dont share most of my secrets to them, when i know theres. they are paranoid that i might expose them, in the end, they expose themselves. even trying to sneak up on my personal space or friends who they dont know. which is really funny. oh sorry, im writing long again. i tend to do that with no sleep.

Since I was a child I was capable of reading not only the children around but found full grown adults to be even easier to read. Their dishonesty could be seen immediately. You just knew . Once I figured out I had the gift and worked my way through to good and the hurtful bad I was able to control a room and excel in my profession . And kinda with ease but never the less it is challenging to be upbeat when a room is full of deceit . It is still an amazing journey for me over sixty years later ❣️🙏💪 ❤

I was raised by overt and covert narcs. I was the scapegoat child of my mother and later of my father. I was dubbed the sensitive child. I am very empathic, needing a box of Kleenex to get through an aspca commercial. However I was aware that I could be narcissistic if pushed. I discovered in grief counseling that I was not a narcissist but a super empath. I think people like me learn the ways of a narcissists through narc parents and use those traits to survive and resist the narcissistic abuse. I can feel energy off of certain people and have intuition that is like a form of premonition. Sounds crazy but it has happened throughout my life. I believe super empaths can be triggered by narcissistic attacks and it awakens childhood rage that was possibly due to abuse or neglect inflicted by narc parents. Once this rage is activated it’s difficult to turn off. You cannot stop the train and u are determined to see it through. You become obsessed with leveling the playing field with the narc who attacked u by using narcissistic tactics on the offending narc

My dad comes off as passive aggressive sometimes. So when I challenge him, I sense this power dynamic he feels he needs to keep. It’s his house, he can do and say whatever he wants. While I respect that for being a father, such a notion leaves room for taking advantage of that “power”. But I realized I was empathic during elementary school. New kid came in at 5th Grade and he was unlike anyone I met. So when I was walking past the soccer field, I saw him curled up by the entrance staircase. All of a sudden I got a migraine, but then saw myself essentially seeing what would happen if I hung out with him. At the time, the 6th Grade section of the school and library wasn’t built yet. However, looking into the future events of what this kid would do to me, it was built already and looked exactly as how I would see it a year later. Even with my “friend” Charles, I somehow knew the type of person he was and what I was getting into. He was stubborn, toxic masculinity, abusive, vindictive, and abandonment issues. All of that changed him and so when we hugged he said, “promise me you won’t abandon me”. Me picking up on what he was dealing with I said, “Don’t make promises you can’t keep.” But I wouldn’t find out I was a super empath until Delilah. A woman whom I saw and knew of her 2 weeks prior to her arrival. My mom tried to be nice and help her out in good faith. Meanwhile, Delilah was a true snake in the grass with her own hidden agenda. Stealing jewelry, clothes, and decided it would nice to arm herself with my mom’s cutting knife and start threatening our lives when my parents were away. Wanted to assert some dominance. And so by the time my mom showed up with Delilah, I was disgusted by Delilah, and shook my head at my mom because she was taken advantage of. They would come up in my mind like a wind blowing. In that moment Im picking up their emotional state, their true self, what they went through, and the spirit. Sometime at 8 yrs old I know I didn’t have it before. But after what was supposed to be a prank from my brother turned traumatic spiritual experience that changed me forever and been a super empath ever since.

I belong to a recovery group. In 4.5 years I have never received a phone call and had someone say, "Hi, I'd like to come over and talk with you." At 8am I received such a call. I had coffee and was set for a conversation. The guy sat down and told me he had just purchased a 32 foot camper and wanted to place it on my property and live here. I didn't miss a beat and told him no. I asked him if he wanted some coffee. He declined and left. Later, before a meeting he called me a fucking dog for not letting him move in. Seems to me I read him right.

Yes! This is who I've been becoming! I was born into a family of narcissists, & I was the scapegoat. I then married a covert narcissist, because I was blind to my own caregiving & codependency. Over the last 20 yrs, I've been waking up, healing, learning to set boundaries, & care for myself, just as I do for others. I know the day I started...I thought, then said out loud, to my narcissistic spouse: things are going to change, or things are going to change, because they're not going to stay the same. "Things" haven't changed...I needed to. Once an empath sees, there's no going back! Thank you, Tamie. You do invaluable work!

Yes! This is me. I usually call it my BS meter, but sometimes you just know things are off. Also, sometimes you can see the pattern of events laid out before you--that knowing is real as well. I can't explain it to others, but I can know XYZ about a situation and can act accordingly. It's not psychic. I wouldn't call it that. It's more of an understanding and putting the pieces of the puzzle together or doing the math. I have also noticed that people who have been wounded will try to confide in me their past hurts. Some have tried to take advantage in the past, but others just want someone to genuinely hear their story without judgment--the wounded healer. That makes sense to me, and anyone who has ever gone to a group counseling session knows what it feels like to look around a room and see understanding in other peope's eyes. I'm learning to notice the good from the bad more quickly here, too. No one is perfect, and there is still so much to learn. Occasionally, I will run into someone who will throw me for a loop, or someone from my past will show up and throw me off. Those times don't last very long, and they are getting shorter and shorter. It does feel like a superpower in a way. I'm even studying for my master's in forensic psychology now. I do hope that life experience and what I learn in school allows me to help others, too. 🙏

“Emerging as” is a great way of putting it. I think it takes making it all the way through hell to become a super empath out on the other side. To be within a micrometer of being destroyed but somehow hanging on for dear life because you are driven to complete your own healing process. Then you are aware that other people are who they are and that is their journey. We have the dominion to either choose to participate or not. Our only obligation in this life is to complete our own journey 😇

Now I even can't tolerate lie, ghosting, addictions ,stranger behaviour of my twinflame. I take stand for myself & others if someone abuses me or others ( including animals ). I’m not a super empath. But it’s my goal. I am a highly sensitive person who has very strong senses about people and things and I’m very empathic. However I’m very codependent as well and am separating from my narcissist husband right now. Letting this marriage go is the last remnant of my old life, denying my gifts and disregarding my intuition. It is my life goal to do the healing work, take radical responsibility for my life and rise to be a super empath.

I’m definitely a super empath, I give all my money and possessions away, I give a lift to people hundreds of times per weeks, I’d do anything for anyone, I even paid for a guys petrol who lost his wallet, he asked for my address to return it, I said keep it, or buy yourself a drink with it, it’s exhausting but worth it, emotionally draining but the feeling of knowing someone is happy by something I do for them is the best feeling in the world and I’ll never stop chasing that high, I love being who i am no matter how emotionally laden it makes me feel, I love you all everyone! I’ll never be rich, but I’ll also never be nasty to anybody regardless of how they treat me, I always say please and thank you a million times per day, and hold doors open for people, I say excuse me about 50 times a day, I’m overly courteous and try to stop fights and cannot stand animals or humans getting hurt whatsoever! If I ever say anything derogatory I think about what I’ve said and retract it by saying…. I’m only joking, I do apologise.

Yes I'm a super empathy I use to wonder why my mom would come home from grade school conference conference and say teacher said i was a natural leader. My older sisters made me cry telling me I had to be adopted, because I wasn't like them. My mom telling me my problem was seeing the good in everyone. I've had co workers tell me lucky I can live alone. I live today to get my God given purpose done, so I can leave this narcissistic world, where everyone out for themselves, and believes its OK to kill another because who they vote for, or because they refuse to join a hate cult. Thank you. I tried to sign up for a one on one, but my phone is controlled by narcs

i might be, Tamie. But i would be like the one who shed the skin of the insecure codependent empath and is first trying out his new “wings” after years of pain and inability to see myself as more than a silhouette of a person. i had to let my family of origin go. i have finally learned how to sit in the vacuum of a narcissist or other low EI person and keep my dignity and personal strength and to build internal walls that can’t be shaken nor penetrated. that being said i don’t have to give audience to anyone i feel is toxic, and don’t. thank you!!

Hi, Tamie, Thank you for the work you do. Its so important! I'm a super empath who remembers the days when I was an undisciplined empath. It's a burden to have empathic abilities when you don't know what is going on. But I did the work, continue to do the work, and am rewarded with a whole new set of high quality, loving, purpose-driven friends, a clear vision of my own purpose here, and the ability to watch the ridiculous, toxic antics of past friends and family with detachment - if I notice at all. I am blessed, and grateful to teachers like you for helping to elevate awareness and consciousness in this crazy, chaotic world.❤

While the journey from codependency to where I am now has not been an easy one, it has been filled with a plethora of life's lessons that I feel one can only learn from being in the narcissistic storm and emerging on the other side. Sure, we have scars, but we also have this newfound inner strength that makes us simply unbreakable.

Okay wait, at 3 minutes in, you mention that type of person and how we won't budge. Instantly made me think of a guy I dated in the 90s who after a bit pushed and pushed and pushed, saying I liked women... I never budged because I'm just hetero and I know me, but when he threatened to throw me out the f-ing window because I didn't jump at something, I laughed and walked out to never see him again! Spare me. I know I deserve better, but when I was younger I was more naive and saw the good a person could be, but they didn't always want to act on the good. So glad I know more in my 50s. I bet your videos help young people so much, but I'm still glad I learned, even if slower to learn. I love where I am in life!

Your videos have put a lot of puzzle peaces together for me . I just found this but it really explains what I have been experiencing. I am 59 and I am sick of the underlying ugliness I have been receiving from certain people. I have been spending a lot of time by myself to work on me. One person I keep giving chances too has really hurt me recently and I think I am at the end of the rope with her. When I get to the end of the rope, I shut them out completely. This is a narcissistic alcoholic female. She went a year sober. I talked her through this for many hours a week for the past year and a half. Knowing this I finally went to visit. Well, it was a complete shit show, she drank non stop and smoke pot. I was very disappointed and disgusted. She left me at a restaurant at lunch because I did not agree with her. Then she got drunk and high and told me to get out of her house. Then she turned on my husband and her husband. When we left, it was early enough in the day that she was still sober enough to act like Nothing happened. Wow, I don’t live my life like that or except to be treated like that from anyone. I would never kick a “friend” out of my house that I invited in the first place. I know there is more going on here than meets the eye. I did notice her self absorption and envy was completely out of control. The self admiration and the fact that she thinks every woman is jealous of her and wants to be her is disgusting. The fact that she thinks every man wants her is revolting and embarrassing, completely turned me off. I can count how many selfies I have taken and have fingers left over. I do not do social media and tell anyone I know not to tag me. The sad part about this is that we really like her husband and can’t not tolerate the constant fighting that she provokes and then tells him he made her go there. Honestly, I thought she was on a good path. I was so thrown off, I am mad at myself for believing it. Thank you for letting me vent. God Bless.🙏. By the way, I have not talked to her since. She does not have sorry in her vocabulary. Sad! I can’t help her.

I’m a lifelong long super empath… all of those traits are gifts as well as detriments…albeit you can feel it, very rarely can you change it, and changing a scenario you know is going south, is exactly your calling, one you can’t let go.. futility vs caring to save someone, this will effect your relationships as you draw those narcissistic people that are curious of all this unique awareness, love and strength… it’s very hard to feel the very things in myself out there in the world, only one person had a deep deep since of caring similar to me was my grandmother… I could feel exactly her good nature, my dad was the feel it , observe it and reckon with it, it’s like I inherited those traits, but those people didn’t have the others ability… I feel solo traits but very rarely the strength .. I’ve noticed over, just a few years, the world, or at least my world has become inundated with destructive narcs. They try to mirror the super, the strength, as they see strength as a pawn to hold over others, the empath is just strong, uses it covertly, not only for himself.. he doesn’t see strength as a tool, but a gift, most super powers are discussed to those who are curious of what’s different about you… that too is a slippery slope because nobody wants to think that you could be a superior, but you the empath don’t see it that way, he knows the dark side of these things, as you see n feel things most humans never have to feel… where is everyone … 😢

Complaining and victimization are a pattern of humanity, we're all at some point narcissist, we've done almost everything but a little less aware of what we're currently at. I used to be one of these people hating narcissists and labeling them as evil but now I understand it is a personal path and everyone gets to where their minds let them get. a lonely personality, crazy how a lot of the opposites exist in super empaths. adapt/mirror any situation - enough to be considered “the best” and “the worst”. and the ability to go above and beyond on vibration frequencies. but the subconscious, involuntary being of being a super empath is what makes most people fear, love and respect them, all at once. Fear the capabilities, bc they’re endless on both ends of the spectrum of good and bad. Love the choices we choose to make, usually putting others or a greater cause before our own-selves. manipulation and ill intent is of no interest, regardless the benefit. respected because supers tend to open the minds of those who are usually tunnel visioned. which tends to lead to the confidence boost some need, to find and figure out their own selves. Being a super empath, I feel.. is so strong that it creates a vibrational aura. yet also be able to read, feel and identify almost al other auras

I was raised by people born 120 years ago. Those internalized values are antiquated today. Of the highest value is to be humble, beware of the ego. So this idea of being a Super Empath wasn't easily accepted. Not until I came up against a powerful narcissist. I was love bombed, trauma bonded, gas lighted. But at the same time, a subconscious guardian was awoken. This guardian was infact the power of a Super Empath. What I inflicted upon this narcissist is something I carry a heavy heart for. Tears swell as I write these words. It's a double edged sword.❤

I've been intensely empathic my whole life. I remember feeling the emotions in other people when I was very young and crying their tears for them, whether it was for sadness or extreme joy. My first husband was, and probably still is, a narcissist. When I stopped feeding him the emotional responses that he sought and he lost his power over me, he wanted Out! More recently, when Covid isolation hit, and I wasn't getting enough physical activity or daylight, I fell into seasonal depression pretty hard. It was tough on my current marriage. Therapy and meds have helped me immensely, along with KZbin getting smart about what else I might have needed to recognize within myself and within others. I have gradually been healing my wounded inner child and accepting responsibility for my own choices and actions. I have become truer to myself than ever before. And I'm better able to see through the cracks in other people's shells and recognize the difference between manipulative behaviors and genuineness. With this awakened self-awareness, I have given myself permission to stop feeding emotional responses to attention seekers.
