Yes, pantry people have cheated you. Ask for a bill after taking the food. If no bill is given the food is free. You can complaint to the pantry manager. Many time pantry manager will be cheating too. Tell him about the price fixing from IRCTC. Why do we have to pay rs20 extra for each time. 20rs per person per meal extra, think how much time profit for the pantry guys. It's really ridiculous.

for LHB non ac 130 is maximum speed but operational limit is only 110, For AC LHB coaches maximum limit is 160 operational limit is 130 so if you want to see 130 you need to travel in rajdhani/tejas/shadapati/.. like fully ac coach trains + depends on line you travel..in the same route if travel on Duronto in this route you will see that speed!

For overcharging of pantry food please tweet from train itself - the pantry manager would come and apologise and also refund the excess charged. If you got the receipt for the amount paid 120 or 150 whatever it is - then send it to irctc and write a complaint along with pnr and travel details - action would be taken against the pantry team. However mostly receipts are not issued for such overcharging. About the cleanliness also you can tweet and get action immediately.

@naveenkumar buddy.. check if TN express has coaches that are rated for 160 or 110.. for cost cutting.. upgraded and modified ICF bogies used with LHB rakes.. so speed ceiling may not be as expected and will be around 110 only.. But not all TN rakes have hybrids.. As TN express is daily running.. few days in a week.. they get to operate pure LHB rakes with fiat bogies..those days you'll see the train hitting 130kms effortlessly..
