You know, i think Neo could take on Cinder right now. I mean think about it, she got a power boost where she can create something with actual mass, from people to actual weapons. She is basically a Relic of Creation, but instead of creating only one thing, its more like the creations can be broken. She could summon a freaking meteor on Cinder!

If the RWBY community can agree on its 1:how the conclusion 2 neos story was written being a near perfect 10/10 I only give it a 9.8/10 do 2 me wishes she would got more fight scenes in earlier volumes,and 2 Screw Cinder she gets ass pull after ass pull example 1 begging for powers instead of earning them except 4 the 1st one Salem gives here for being loyal example 2 surviving multiple times when she should of died.
