If you find large decals hard to get on use a bowl with warm water 1 drop of fairy liquid and a hair dryer...all your decals will be tamiya catalogue perfect 👍

Thanks for the tip about MCI, I ordered a sticker set for my Original 1985 Hotshot as I really like the details to be right. You can spot a re-re from the spotlight stickers, has to be KC, none of this BL nonsense! Thanks for the great videos

Thinking about going over some painted bodies window seals with black marker pen, great idea but does it work OK over the paint as noted you masked the parts where you use black marker pen? Thanks 👍

You know they make paint pins in all different colors and tip sizes. I remember my one of my older cousins had the Grasshopper another had the Frog, a neighbor had the FX 10 and his brother had the Lobo. I had the Frog 2. We had a track down the street. No girls allowed.

I’ve noticed in all your builds you never use clear coat. You should try it! Makes the body’s pop on all the plastic shells. Plus seals the decals real well.

Apologies just catching up on your videos. You have so many and I’m not kidding each one is fantastic! Edited professionally. I was just wondering if it was a preference. Either way they come out great. I never look at how old the videos are . It’s the only thing that’s getting me through covid-19. I have spent so much time with me and my boys at the local construction site with our cars. I hope your staying well as well. Thanks again you always bring me back to a time when the only issues I had to deal with was how to convert my monster beetle into 4WD lol cheers

Hi loving the grasshopper build . Can you tell me where you purchased the sharpie white marker with a fine tip for tire lettering. Is it oil based? Meaning water proof. Regards.

Hi, I got the Sharpie pen from a general hobby/art shop, but I’ve had a few other makes off eBay which are just as good. I generally find that it doesn’t last that long if you run them unfortunately 😞
