Tamiya MAN TGX - Project Ainscough - Ep14 - Nooxion Fury Bear Ballast Trailer Wiring - Pt 1 - 4k

No upload last week because I've been extremely busy with work due to working away at a different branch of the company. And of course, family stuff... cuddles from my lovely 9 year old goddaughter will always take priority.
Anyway, this trailer has sat on the workbench for a couple of weeks, and I've not managed to get to it. That was on my mind all the time going over what I wanted and how to achieve that. Stepping away from it for too long and I kind of get out of the groove and this Easter weekend allows me 4 days off work (back to normal now) so I can at least get the wiring finished.
You can now see where I'm going with it and it's all coming together, slowly, but surely.

A great idea with the small circuit board and ribbon cable, another inspiration, and agree that buying a bunch of LED's is worth it, enabling a whole variety of applications. Also agree with Model Lighting Solutions and Astec Models (mentioned previously). Intermodellbau in Dortmund, a modellers joy of an exhibition, I am a Brit but live in Germany so a trip to Dortmund every year in the Spring (when poss) is a must, also in November a trip to Fredrichshaven in November for the Faszinationmodellbau messe. You can buy, (as you know) all the LEDS, cables, hardware, tools, models etc etc, everything from A to Z and an abundance of wonderful models to admire. A place of inspiration and satisfaction to see what's exhibited.

Great job Ms Teri and a well informed video,and I'm sure we all are some point in our projects our benches end up cluttered and looking a mess ,you have a fantastic time in Germany I'm sure you will pick up lots of ideas for future projects,

That Circuit Board was impressive!! I've never made one, but with my career experience in Automotive Fuel Injection and on-board Computers... how hard could it be?? (Quoting Jeremy Clarkson). Your wiring is always so tidy and organised too. BUT, you think YOUR workbench is messy??? You'd pass out if you saw mine!!!! 😭😭😭 I haven't been able to get to it in nearly a year.

How hard can it be, Jeremy Clarkson's famous last words... I thought that, but with my ideas constantly changing, it was hard to stay focused and that was putting me off, so I had to make up my mind on how it was going to be and get the job done. I think people say, "a tidy workbench isn't a busy workbench"...
