Awesome vid. I bought that same kit at the turn of the century but it looks nothing like yours. Also lucky enough to have bought an air cooled 911 in the mid 90’s before prices started getting crazy!

What a cool looking chassis, just getting into these myself

You dropped some $$$$ in this upgrade. The parts you specified are difficult to find (fair price) but somewhat easy on eBay (price gouge). With the recent 911 GT1 re-release I'm hoping they'll offer some hop up parts as well.

Looks very nice👍 A few hop ups missing though!

Excellent Video, good hop-up guide 👍🏻 Where do I find the alloy steering set 53326? I’ve been looking for a while. Thanks

have the Rabrig NSX, wanted to convert my in box TRF TA03 S, with the 237mm wheel base, And bought the TA03R carbon conversion chassis- TA03R- 257mm- hopefully this will take my TRF S components, kit, minus it's box 237mm carbon chassis, and I can put my spare NSX Raybrig on this TRF set up- What do you think, will it work?, Net Net - I guess the question is - will my TRF S take the Carbon Chassis TA03R 53363 ??? Had to do this - because Tamiya shells, very rare with the 237mm wheelbase.

Nice build Sir 😎👍🏻 I built my TRF version in 2WD guise for my PIAA body I’ve always presumed that it will drive like crap as a result, so I’ve never run it 😁

Great build! Ive also got a TA03-RS that’s never left the shelf and also am obsessed with having every PORSCHE I can get! Can you tell me what those wheels are from? They look kinda like the ones that came with the Tamiya SUPRA but I’m not sure. Thanks!
