Thanks for subscribing! Unfortunately I don't have any Sand Viper running videos...but I will tell you this, the DT-02 chassis is awesome to run, it does oversteer quite a bit...but that can be corrected with different shock oil and tires, and some steering changes on the transmitter. It's very nimble and the gearbox is durable so you can put a more powerful motor in it. Definitely one of my favorite chassis, and a fun build! Thanks for watching!

Please tell me how you like the Reedy 19t motor... I am getting stuff together to build a couple kits up, and I am thinking a 1060 and Reedy 19t is what I will put into the 2 I plan to run the most... then then other will get stock motor... Neo Fighter and Midnight Pumpkin with the faster motors, and a few mods for the Pumpkin suspension/chassis...and a stock Lunchbox.... the other Tamiyas on my wish list are a Blitzer Beetle and possibly a TT01/TT02 on road car or 2...

Love the Reedy, it's a great choice for a 2wd...you can set the timing also, I moved it a little to get more rpms, you don't need a lot of torque with the DT02 since they are so light. Definitely a great upgrade, especially over a sport tuned motor. I also have one in my DF-03, but it's not as zippy....probably because it is 4wd. The 19t is great with 2s lipo as well. For the price it's a great motor.

Lame flake is awesome....! I use it a decent bit, even sometimes spray the windows after removing window masks... Have you tried the score and snap method? A bit of velcro on the sides of the chassis, amd the I side of the body, can help .... some of the racers don't even use body clips, only velcro.... Look me up on FB, Isaiah Moonshadow ... my profile picture is a couple stadium trucks painted with Tamiya tape for curves, Tamiya spray cans, including the lame flake ... it made the metallic purple really pretty... I always buy Lame Flake when I get down to the last can....
