I'm struggling with pitting the front cover on with the esc fan

I removed it between the steering assembly and the front cover. The chassis is very cramped.

I didn't have any overheating issues with my ESC. However the car does not run very well out of the box. Watch this video while you're building it. It'll save you some time in disassembling it later. kzbin.info/www/bejne/aoKrfoV8otOHgM0 Overall it was a cool innovative design but it just didn't do it for me. I've sold mine already.
