Personally, I'd go brushless. Mines only brushed but will be upgrading in the future. No idea what though :/

@@toppertopp I have brushed rigs faster than brushless rigs! Lol..I'm old school dude..Don't ever say "only brushed" to a guy like me lol..I had a guy winding brushed motors for me at a young age faster than any brushless I've ever owned..Just a lot of Maintenance with a brushed motor.. changing brushes and cleaning the com after ever race! Lol

ChrisT I have yes it runs really well it's nippy I ran a 3300 nimh but a 2s lipo would make I a lot faster... great fun 👍🏻

Took it out, quite pleased with it. Still think it needs a bit more power.

ChrisT yeah I know what you mean I tried the lrp v10 12 turn motor with a 2s lipo that's worth a go it makes a huge difference

You know if a 7 cell nimh would fit?

one4all I have tried a 7 cell and in standard format it will not fit. With some minor mods it could fit.

Did you use synthetic rubber cement when building this?

The only glue used was blue locktite when screwing machine screws into alloy/metal parts.

Okay so on step 2 when it says apply synthetic rubber cement what did you use?

My manual in step 2 shows applying grease to the diff gear???

At the top of step 2 it doesn’t say anything about synthetic rubber cement? I’m just about to build mine but didn’t know if to apply the cement or not 😂

The only refference in my manual about any glue is above step 1 it states "this kit does not require liquid thread lock for assembly"
