Such a neat build! Adding those small details to the dashboard and interior really makes it pop. I love how clean the carbon fiber decal is applied to the center console!

So much amazing details and then 3/4 of it lost when the car is all put together. I was surprised the speakers have a decal under that grill and then get partially covered by that trunk cover.

I really like how the red gave the interior a sportier look. it's not too red and it doesn't kill my eye. great job! (if I were you, I would make it right hand drive to keep the Japanese originality.)

New subscriber here and your channel has been a gold mine of info. Thank you for the videos you post and the knowledge you share. I am having a huge issue with getting glue to work. I primed and sprayed everything and started assembly (Revell: Smokey & The Bandit '77 T/A) and have been trying to use Tamiya extra thin glue; by holding the parts together until the capillary action can work, however, it doesn't seem to be working for a damn. After that glue failed, I changed over to Testors red liquid cement with slightly better results, but I am gluing a piece in place (Inner body sides) and having to wait hours for it to cure, to the point of even being able to handle it. I washed, soaped and dried the entire kit right out of the box and was feeling great about my work so far. The only thing I can think of is that my joints have some paint on them making adhesion nearly impossible. It's a huge source of frustration right now as I have a beautifully prepped and painted model and I am miserable trying over and over to glue it together.. I have 3 more models here I am dying to start, but I desperately need to solve this problem before I just keep running into it. I am enjoying this hobby immensely and could see me doing it for the rest of my life. It is something me and my 10 year old can do together and I don't want this one thing to take away from and/or lead me away from this awesome hobby. Please help..

If you use cement. There can not be paint on the glue areas. It has to be plastic on plastic

Thanks for the reply. So am I to guess if I use Super Glue or some other CA I can glue over paint with some better success? And, if I may ask, do you use the Bob Smith Super Gold + for all you gluing? Thanks again, off this week and trying to get on track here...

@@matgof03 I find the Tamiya ones are not as tiny as the ones he tends to use for the smallest details. I think he said before he used citadel brushes but the link to buy the brushes should be in the description of this video.
