Hi mate. I've been watching your channel for a while. We are the same age, and lived through exactly the same golden era of Rc. I started in 85 with a hornet, about 5 of us all had Hornets. We spanked the heck out of them. No wing and bald tyres in no time.😁 I had a frog, then a Falcon. The Falcon was my favourite. But they all got beaten to death, jury rig repaired, my mates were badly painted from the start. Luckily I got new body sets in the 80s for all three...About ten years ago, I moved house, found my old wrecked Tamiya 3 and thought. I'll bung them on ebay. Researched got re hooked, restored them all. Then ended up buying and restòring sandscorchers and 959s... a fox and am now really hung up on the details. Moral is no ones cars looked any good back in the day..They were badly painted and trashed..Probably the reason, like you I too drooled over the Tamiya guide book at the mint box art cars. Thanks for the memories mate. Keep it up. The Blackfoot looks awesome😎

Well, all in all you did a great restoration, it's a pity that you don't show how you mount the stickers, especially around the Custom 150, which only distinguishes this one original check from a conversion, the Ford V and H can be made after the Custom F150 but also not that it would not be noticed, at least not yet in mom! You can't have everything, but you can also see it in your videos... where is the cover of the heat stone, but it doesn't fall on everything is good, all in all it's a top video, oh and since it's our turn, the fender turn signal painting is missing too. But I don't want to put that down here as a reprimand or reproach your videos are beautiful and very informative only if you say something stick to the facts exactly the tire stickers never existed. :-() thank you.

Not bad at all! The roof top of the truck along with the bed has some orange peel finish. Would have been better when you finished the Ford letters and the chrome trims you should have finished the whole body with a few coats of clear coat. I would recommend sanding it sanding it with a 1000 grit sand paper and you could polish the body and then clean it again and apply a few coats of clear coat. It will give your body more of a show room gloss finish. Your not done yet.😂. Don’t forget to paint the grill black or paint wash, inner light buckets black with chrome lip and the bottom turn signals amber. Can’t wait to see you run it!!!
