Real life skills, critical thinking, has ALL been removed from high schools, and higher education has been replaced with indoctrination. The classics? They are no longer taught. This young man, Josh, sounds and acts like a mature man of 35 years old. As I listen to him, I feel transported back to 30AD, and I CANNOT BELIEVE how depraved North American society has become. When the mention of the 90's came up re I believe it was transgenderism, I thought about the pastor at my church in Orangeville in Ontario. He told the congregation that if he used scripture to speak against homosexuality, the church could lose its non-profit status and he might be arrested for HATE SPEECH! So, like the proverbial frog in the pot of water, the water has BEEN BOILING FOR DECADES! We are a long ways behind the 8 ball. There are NUMEROUS Podcasters decrying wokism and perversion on a massive scale and Marxism, but we should have WOKEN UP DECADES AGO!

A suggestion for Josh 's school advocacy .Prepare a questionaire "Rate your child's school".Add a few questions if parents know what SOGI resources are being exposed in their child's classroom.Do not need many to raise the awarness. Pass copies out to parents bringing and picking their children up at elementary schools, where the indoctrination begins.Make sure the individual school office has a copy of the questionnaire, and are being offered to parents. Attached to the questionnaire one can attach links to confirming two sexes , the trans ideology confusing children from K-7 etc etc as well as parent support groups dealing with children who insist and deny their sex at birth. Consequences of puberty hormone use on vulnerable children and the extent of schools supporting and promoting this

Tammy, at 1 hour into this, when you mentioned tents outside a church, I realized how far outside of reality you are living, including the drugs. The drugs, the alcohol, the homelessness aren't EXCLUSIVE to Toronto, nor even to Canada. @TammyPetersonPodcast This isn't about the tents, the alcohol or the drug addiction. ALL of these issues are about the massive shift to IT and technology jobs. A friend of mine here in Toronto was lamenting about the textile industry here. She loved to shop for fabrics at Spadina and Dundas area. I looked into that online a few days ago; all those buildings are now filled with IT and digital companies. If I were to start this quest of people becoming unemployed, I'd go back to, perhaps the 1950's when anyone could operate a gas pump at a gas station. They'd check your tire pressure and clean your windshield. Now? They're gone. Bank tellers? Almost obsolete. People took in washing of clothes and ironing. Now we have digital machines and fabrics that no longer require ironing. Dishwashing...done by machine. More and more and MORE Jobs no longer exist,that anyone with a grade 6 education could have done. Nowadays you need a Ba just to get an interview with a company. It's insane!

As your husband has stated over and over again, regarding the ideological changes he has seen in the field of academia in the past 3 decades, so have there been changes in society which I now understand can be traced back to the World Economic Forum! I'm 70 years old. I was born in Toronto in 1954. I began working for a stock brokerage firm in 1970 on the Tuesday after Thanksgiving. But technology was beginning to have a stranglehold on lives way back by the mid 70's. IBM'S motto by the early 70's was, "We'll cut your staff in half" Boy, oh boy, were they right. It was much cheaper to have IBM do our contracts, our bookkeeping, status slips for our customers etc. The only reason I WAS KEPT ON is because when I was hired at age 16, I was trained to learn nearly EVERY JOB in the office to fill in on holidays. EVERYTHING I learned more than 50 years ago is now obsolete. Telex, teletype, certificate registration,...it's all gone. I think I have an inkling of how farmers felt during the great depression, when family members came from the farm to the city on weekdays to work at a factory, knowing NOTHING about how a production line worked, and in all likelihood, felt depressed by the monotony of the job. But they took a paycheck back home. Nowadays, farmers are targeted, there aren't any jobs that the everyman can perform, and people are frustrated and fed up.
