However I used Combined leg and thigs. My God this is so great. I watched you video a couple of times, Printed out your recipe and did the deed. To my surprise this was the best chicken I ever had. I made it tonight for dinner just added a couple of other seasonings ( a tablespoon of Dijon mustard, some thyme and rosemary because I saw “Delicious Miss Brown” put those in her smother gravy) but other than that, I followed your recipe to a tee and I am so glad I did!!
