I think more folks are moving up to georgia region because the Florida, Tampa is decaying which means people are moving to somewhere warm, contemporary house, and avoiding traffic jam or crowded or maybe folks are avoiding living in ocean area because the hurricane make water overflow the road. Georgia region are best for landscape view which is likely more folks residing Georgia region.

You’re absolutely right, bro. Brandon and Seffner have brought in a lot of low income housing Developments within the last few years, besides the high housing prices for redevelop houses fixer uppers. The trailer parks have always been there for decades. Valrico has been developed up and has a lot of migrants And there’s some areas where you might find someone out there to interview if look hard enough.

The four-way stop you went through at 3:40 is a block away from where my trailer was until Milton took her out. That place is a dump, but the houses and mobile home park lot fees have exploded in price the past several years. The Alafia River is right there, and the inability to build bridges is why putting a half million people there has caused such a traffic nightmare especially along 301. It's a dreadful area to live in my opinion.

"Cheap" rent is $1300 per month? They want to pay $15 per hour and not guarantee full time work. So you bring home $450 per week and the first $1300 goes to rent. That's not cheap. That's expensive as hell. And for $1300 you get a craphole. Here's the thing. If we all had a PhD and the work ethic of MIchael Jordan, there would be exactly the same number of people living in poverty, the exact same number of people working for minimum wage, the same number living in their car, the same number of homeless. The jobs and incomes are dictated by the capitalist system and the need for ever-increasing profits. Capitalism is impoverishing the working class, hollowing out the middle class and creating more and more homeless. I saw a report yesterday that while wages have gone up 3 fold over the past few decades, prices have gone up 10 fold or more. That's why the stock market surges higher and higher while more and more people live in poverty and more and more are homeless. America has unlimited trillions for Wall Street bailouts, imperialist wars, tax cuts for the super-rich and corporate profits. Beyond that, America is suddenly broke, can't pay workers, can't provide infrastructure, and can't provide reasonably-priced homes for the people. Capitalism is essentially a game of monopoly. Play the game long enough and all wealth is destined to flow to one person. Everyone else goes bankrupt. The only gains the underclass has ever made have come in the struggle AGAINST capitalism and capitalism works diligently to make sure no such struggle can ever again be successful. They own both political parties, the court system, the union leadership, the CIA, the NSA, the military and the cops. They totally own all levers of power. If you aren't impoverished yet, it is in your future if you live long enough.

And the more people come in from blue states, the higher the rent will go. Greedy landlords know blue staters are rich compared to locals and jack up the rent accordingly.

It's Usury . We have a system based in Usury . Problems is only going to grow and become more widespread and prevalent . Worse .
@skyyyrose13 сағат бұрын
There's also a reason & a good reason as to why even Christ of the Bible had forbidden the Usury practice to be practiced upon the economically weak to . Btw . Even Christ had forbidden the practice upon the poor , sick and so forth .

It's because we have a system based in Usury . All of the problems stem from it .

I aspiration more folks reside Douglas, Ga region by the way never give money to homeless because you can’t tell if they are using for good use. Helping people experiencing homelessness call 211 connect with local social service and get referrals for emergency housing or food assistance.

I’ve lived on the north side of Brandon for 20 years. It’s been built so I’ve seen very little change. The homeless population has had it’s ups and downs over the years. I think the sheriff’s department periodically comes down on it and the homeless drift to other parts of the county. Crime has never really been an issue in my neighborhood but some of the apartment complexes have a lot of issues. That’s pretty typical everywhere though. Riverview is another story. I rarely go there for anything. The traffic there is on an entirely different level and I can’t stand it.
