A gold standard wouldn't have changed sweet fuck all about the housing market, its fucked because we don't build enough homes of the kind people can actually afford, thus renters are forced to pay insane rents, justifying releastate investment groups buying up housing to turn into rental units. The feds give corps billions in hand outs to lure them here and we never see any return on that. Majority of tax revenue is burned on a bloated bureaucracy, with 1 bureaucrat for every 7 people. Over $92B is spent here on federal bureaucrats alone! That's the entire income from corporate taxes. This leaves any social benefits to be paid for with new debt. Trading on a demo account can definitely feel similar to the real market, but there are some differences. It's important to remember that trading involves risks and it's normal to face looses sometimes. One piece of advice is to start small and gradually increase your investments as you gain more experience and confidence. It might also be helpful to seek guidance from experienced traders or do some research on different trading strategies.

Energy has many forms, it’s not simply electricity ⚡️. It’s like the energy you just put in making a comment, and this is simply replacing now by computing power/energy. Looking at food 🍲 then yeah that’s the only real currency, and if more and more people are being born then the harder food will become to maintain. Soo replacing your energy sources in military with drones so that you don’t need to feed them soldiers. And replacing the workforce employees with automatic fabrication is key to were things is going. Still a country needs military force to keep other countries at bay and the still need humans energy to build this fully functioning system that has a lesser need of actual humans around. Today they still kinda need humans modern slaves around to produce foods and products till they aren’t needed anymore. They alreadhave everyone’s land and there businesses, houses, hotels, forests and farmlands, media like news and newspapers, information in colleges and universities are already under control. Now it’s finding a way to decline human population but in way that doesn’t make a lot of trouble, so that the remanded of these will be (if there are regular citizens leftovers?) easily controlled. Then it would be just the rich and poor but the “gods” and there subjects.

Money has always been “worthless”… it’s just an agreed upon medium of exchange. Even alternatives like gold, sliver or bitcoin is worthless. You can’t eat or drink those things. All that matters is we collectively agree to use some medium of exchange for it to hold value. We really need to evolve past this notion that “money” inherently has value. By the time you finish work that day, that same bread is already $50. I kid you not. Litterary like that. If you have a place on the countryside where you can be as self sufficient as you can, that is the best bet. If you dont, think of the ways where you can make your self as self sustainable as possible. Just to survive. Another thing, if you dont have your own place, this is a serious issue. At least most of us own our own homes in Serbia, i cant possibly imagine what would mean if you need to pay a rent every month. Its not possible. Why do these analysts leave out the biggest contributors to inflation: the wealthy assetholders who pump up the prices of housing, goods and services with their piles of fiat money, who keep wages low, create unemployment etc. so that the middle class and poor get poorer. Where is their responsibility in the social contract? Why are they not held accountable for their share in this economic decline?
@boomconstruction49072 күн бұрын
I've heard deflation is an equal bad. I believe going back to the original sustainable efforts of pioneering cities. Cities used to be created on the idea of substainability which is why they were built on rivers and around farmable land. If each city looked at ways to support its people, like growing needed food, mining building materials, pumping its own oil, sustainable lumber practices etc, instead of everybody being so dependent upon globalization to get anything needed in life, regardless of economic stability we would be close to our necessity items. Perhaps this is why the 20s roared. We supplied, we built, we didn't depend. Is it possible? I'm not a mathematician, but every plant and animal makes multiples of itself. Ex. 1 corn kernel x one season equals a few bushels of corn. 1 pinetree mature = 100+ pinecone. Etc the point is necessity items are largely easily reproducible.
@davehendricks48242 күн бұрын
One corn kernel doesn’t equal bushels of corn. It equals one ear. Follow true facts.
@boomconstruction49072 күн бұрын
@davehendricks4824 apologies for incorrect terminologies. The point stands that alot of necessity items are self replicating, and having the power to control the supply in the hands of corporate interest has seemed alot more harmful for the substainability of people's goods than when towns did a better job supplying their own. We owned the supply chains that have since the industrial revolution moved away. I personally would rather my city taxes went toward substaining food supply and raw goods, than to continue maintaining the falling apart infilstructior. These investments it seems to me always benefit the top sector and widen a gap between the lower sector.

Massive hole in this argument. Standard of living only declines because the value of the dollar is diluted but as long as people are paid inline with inflation I.e. they are paid the equivalent dollars adjusted for inflation, then there is no loss of purchasing power, all other things being equal. So question is why has the value of labour declined. I don’t think this has anything to do with there being more dollars in circulation but the fact that gov, in concert with big business, have undermined the value of labour by ensuring that more of share of profits go to capital rather than labour.

If commodities like gold derive their value from scarcity, how do we distinguish commodities from crypto currency, whose supply is also fixed? Also, "documentaries" are almost invariably descriptive in nature. This one started out descriptive--and therefore credible, imo--but became normative, moving from a description of historical facts and current events, to suddenly suggesting what individuals ought to do. This is a bit of a red flag to me. I'm not suggesting that buying gold isn't a prudent course of action; I just got the feeling I was watching an ad.

Complete nonsense. The premise of this entire video is based on a simple fallacy, that the USA does not produce anything to pay back the bonds it sells. Last time I looked, the USA budget generated just a few trillion dollars…. Please research economics before believing this video.

The thing is most of US consumer household stuff is coming from china, almost 70-80% merchandise in walmart is produced in china, apart from food and weapons , Us doesnt produce much for the world to consume, china does.. while US economy is producing billions, the interest and govt. Decifit grows in trillions, it is so unsustainable..that is the point of whole video

Bitcoin is an alternative to gold. This video is an advertisement for gold. Bitcoin is better than gold in nearly every mutable way. It’s the best money ever created. Own both but if you haven’t, research Bitcoin. You won’t regret it (unless you’re Peter Schiff & missed the boat big time)
