He should have been in a jail and locked down not a juvenile facility he is born and raised here in Tampa and knows the area and is probably at a family or friends House.he just got caught a few days ago for the murder of the kid left on the railroad tracks at Busch and rome a few days ago and now he is back out after escaping

No, no he wouldn't. Under Florida law, juveniles are housed in DJJ facilities until being indicted by a Grand Jury or direct filed by the State Attorney. In this case, the defendant was *awaiting* indictment, so he was required to be held in a juvenile detention center.
