Can you explain to me like I am a 3 year old... WHEN WEATHER PEOPLE SAY THERE IS NOT GOING TO BE ANY RAIN FOR 2 WEEKS... why the hell are we getting 1.5 inches of rain over 2 days? Why even bother saying it is not going to rain if it rains like 6 times on saturday and 2 times on sunday?

I have never heard any weather person say it won’t rain at all. There is always at least a 10-20% chance of rain in Florida.
