Ive had a dew clients that purchased with them and were happy. I dont have much good or bad to say as they dont build in as many communities so it has to exactly fit my buyers wants and needs. I try to cover the builders with the most options etc.

What he fails to mention is that its right next to a prison! Zepherhills correctional facility is right across the street and many sink holes nearby.

Yeah theres a correctional facility in zephryhills. But my focus was not on the community rather showcasing the model and builder. And fyi there are great communities in that area as well as a ton of amenities. I never assume someone likes or doesn’t like an area bc theres a lid for every pot. Im showcasing homes in and around Tampa and doing my best to be a resource for others. Why so negative??? Thanks for watching too!

I can show it and i have in the past, problem is low inventory in the price range and you need permission from homeowners to show the property. Ill see what i can do about mixing in older communities however!
