Nigerian jollof especially 'party jollof' has a very distinct smokey taste....Yvonne knew immediately which one was Nigerian ahaha its quite distinct!

Same with Ghanaian party jollof. The smokey taste is there. The hack is the rice. Its easy to distinguish without tasting. Its not even about the colour. Just the type of rice used.

For the records, anything co-signed by the Nigerians 💚🤍💚 is always lit The Jollof Rice war is only popular because the other African countries(our junior siblings) don't want to give it up to the Nigerians. The Jollof vibes started from Nigeria, then Ghana joined, followed by Senegal, I hear Togo is sneaking in too. And yes, Nigerian 🇳🇬 Jollof is the best......you can argue with your phone 😂😂😂😂

My brothers and sisters from Nigeria in these comments don’t be too happy yet. Because, it’s either they are passing Ghanaian jollof off as Nigerian jollof or they are just faking how good it is😂😂😂. Either way, there was some type of cheating because Yvonne (the guest) is Nigerian. Because you all know Nigerian jollof only started having color when the pale color was criticized by Ghanaians all the time and y’all started using palm oil (red oil) for yours which is an abomination to jollof rice by the way😂😂😂 Also, when she said smoky I immediately said that is definitely Ghanaian jollof; it is spicy and smoky. So my question is when did y’all started making smoky jollof? Or have you started using Ghanaian recipe now?
