Katniss-Fletchinder (mockingjay) Peeta-Dachsbun (loyal, bread themed, and the fairy type often represents artists) Finnick-Milotic (received an Empoleon from his sponsor) Johanna-Kleavor (ax. However, originally she had a Pineco that Snow killed alongside her family) Beetee-Luxray (he loves electrocuting people, and he’s the one that teaches Katniss to see forcefields. Maybe Luxray taught him that) Wiress-Porygon Z (tick tock) Can’t think of any other good choices of the top of my head.

I think Rowlet/Decisueye could also work for Katniss (ya know, both have the same signature weapon) And I think Enobaria’s perfect pokemon would be Gible/Garchomp, as they both use teeth to deal damage

My team for the Capitol would be Roserade, for obvious reasons, Kingambit, representing its leadership and military might, Hisuian Zoroark, whose Pokedex entries describe it is using illusions to fool large groups of people, and Guzzlord to represent, well, gluttony. Mewtwo is also a very strong contender, but sticking by the four-mon teams you put forth in the video, I'd probably leave them out. Although now I realize I've only really portrayed the "true" Capitol and haven't dealt with the opulence as much... on that side of things, keep Roserade, swap in the others for Milotic, Oinkologne, and... let's say Mr. Mime, actually, for a handful of reasons.
