The fact that Tana had that huge realization of needing a healthy change and then right after this finds makoa just shows how God only brings you what you need when your ready for it. That’s beautiful. So proud of her.

Whoever is editing these videos needs to step their game up. When Tana says “insert clip here”, you should insert the clip there. When they are talking about various Halloween costumes this year, you should be inserting those photos.

Exactly! Tana is what? 24 or 25? I'm 40 now and I'm a COMPLETELY DIFFERENT PERSON than who I was when I was her age. If I knew then what I know now, my entire life trajectory would have been so different. I went through A LOT of pain, addiction, alcoholism, abusive relationships (friendships and romantic relationships) and I don't really regret anything because it made me the person I am today and the person I am today is sober, still willing to learn new things, more in tune with my body and the world around me than I ever was before, and more self aware than I ever was in my teens, 20's and even in my 30's. It's beautiful to see Tana growing and changing! :)

i completely understand this shift in your goals and environment right now tana. recently i had my 24th birthday and i kept seeing quotes and posts about turning 24 and how things change after that age. how things start to fall in place and you start to understand what it is that you truly want. i’m exactly where you’re at..wanting to move, tired of drama, and not drinking etc..i’ve cut all that negativity out and i just focus on the few good people in my life and myself. best thing to ever happen to me. proud of you for recognizing that things need to change

You both are maturing and learning wisdom. I enjoy listening to you both share your feelings and supporting each other. Sometimes you grow quicker than others and part of that requires you to remove yourself from relationships or cities. We live in a toxic culture but your sanity and health is all that matters. We are love and we need love but it needs to be healthy. Love you both.
