@@dreamcrazy37 Maybe if you dig deeper u will find that you’re angry bc u have been wronged in your past and u feel anger when things don’t go your way or you are inconvenienced. The anger is a mask for a feeling of being disappointed in the world letting you down.
@MildExplosionАй бұрын
@@dreamcrazy37 missing packages are sooo frustrating! I'd be raging too. The anger is a natural response, but it's never "just" anger. It's probably rooted in fear. Fear the package is gone forever, fear you're being ripped off, ignored, etc. Anger is a natural way to turn fear into energy to defend yourself, I don't think it's always a negative thing. If you didn't feel anger, you'd just lay down and accept mistreatment. The trick is to control that energy rather than letting it consume you. Controlled anger is being assertive and helps you get what you want. Uncontrolled aggression turns people against you. It's all about balance. I hope your package gets recovered soon!

Brooke is so on point about kids knowing about emotions I’ve had a “mood board thing” in my kids play room for like a year and we go over what each emotion means. Now my 4 year old will say “mommy I’m really proud of you” or “this school work is a little confusing ect.” Being able to identify the emotion helps me as their mom be able to help give them the tools to work through whatever they’re feeling. Idk I feel like if I had that when I was a kid it’d would have been helpful especially growing up with a lot of stress and traumatic events.

We need to talk about the blue scorpion venom because she was 1. Assaulted and 2. He is a serial killer in the making.

“You are the epicenter of my world…” took me so by surprise that I burst out laughing so hard, I nearly gave the elderly gentleman sitting next to me on the train a heart attack 😂

I would move to Vegas for two years, just to vote for Tana to be mayor

Coming from another avoidant/anxious borderline I gave the “perfect” nice loyal guy a chance and was just miserable the entire 2 years constantly wanting out. The only way to break out this cycle is proper meds and lotssss of therapy. It’s incredibly hard for us to get to a healthy attachment style :(

Love bombing sucks because you think it’s like your soulmate and things are working out quickly because your perfect for eachother and then it’s just all bullshit lmao

Sooo about the whole anxious avoidant convo; I’ve had “that talk” with people before with the intentions on us both working together to stop that cycle, & as soon as I had that talk, my feelings would genuinely change about the person and then they’re like chasing me when I’m no longer interested. Which was just SO CRINGEY for me every single time 😭😭😭😭

Truly impressed by the conversation Brooke and Tana had about relationships towards the end. Tana was literally talking really insightfully and healthy relationship concepts for overcoming past trauma. This is the clip I would show when someone says Tana hasn't grown, this is a great example of the growth she has put work into.

Hey, I’m a PI. That’s just a scam Brooke! It’s a common one at that. It’s very easy to find someone’s information or address. Glad you didn’t give into it.
