I shot this video with lots of emotions bubbling. A lot of it overflowing. Then I kept thinking about it and the things I have said in the video. This video came out like all the mistakes are from one side only. But it’s not, the other party ie the system and everyone in the system is equally or even more responsible for the current state of things. Colleges, universities, governments, social media influencers all of us have failed to deliver the promise that a degree was supposed to deliver. And while that is true it’s the students at the end who are paying the highest price by not getting their career started. I apologize again if this video hurts your feelings. But know that even though the real blame stays with the other side ie the system, no one is coming to rescue you. You and only you have to do this and that’s the essence of this video. And even when I am uploading this video I feel sorry for the sad state of things created by the system 😢. Sorry for the video but a bigger sorry for the fact that we as your seniors, as your elders couldn’t do better for you. 🙏🙏

Respected Tanay Sir, i'm doing MCA from a tier 3 college and after warching this video, i am literally crying. i came from a non-technical background and it was the final year of my masters degree . Placements are going but i'm unable to clear a single round . People are getting interview oppertunities and it really make me frustrated ki " mere se to nehi hoga , me nehi le paunga job". but the points that you are told in this videos are missing in my resume. feeling very bad that sirf core java and normal dsa karke me khud ko ek programmer samajhta thaa aur job nehi mil rahi chilata tha but development ke naam pe kuch aata hi nehi hai ye me pura bhul hi gaya tha . when you said about projects and related things i was thinking that "isme se to kuch nehi hai mere resume me" Sir thank you so much for this video for opening my eyes that Development can still help you to get your job in this AI world". Bhai literally felt so relatable while reading ur comment it's my final semester too been 3 years since I quite mt last job coming from non it Even tho I worked as an software engineer to b more specific web developer I was badly exploited for over 2 years n coming from an unsupportive background I didn't have any courage to stand for myself moreover wasn't even aware of the employee exploitation that happens a lot in corporate... It literally affected my already fked mental health I thought getting into MCA will help me learn new n advanced concepts n help me in career as the only demerit I was told from everyone is not having formal education (that's was a pure manipulative tactic to cut down on ur salary) but so I went for remote/distance MCA from IGNOU it was even more pathetic no complete published syllabus, no study material no classes or any scheduled activity not even exams were taken on time ... Students have suprise tests we had surprised exams out of nowhere month after another with no books or classes provided ... Somehow I managed to finish the degree but took 3 years of CAREER GAP in resume that I can't justify with this degree cuz that taught me nothing... We're getting old pressure is high in life n I can't find enough confidence or courage to even apply n appear for an interview cuz I've made no stunning project in those years I know shame on me for not doing that I went lazy sometimes didn't give my 100% ..... there's soooooo much to do I often get overwhelmed from where to start tho I've worked hard enough in past n have projects I don't want to continue on them I want to switch between role/tech in same sector but then it requires some stunning project I'm on it but it sometimes feels impossible to ever finish when I get into errors moreover there's soo much to learn... Formal education is soo different from the practical one that's actually required on field 🙂🔫

Sir aapne sab kuch sahi khaa hai , but i just want to add one thing : Freshers se pura startup product banwa thik hai kya, nowadays freshers ke liye itni skills chahiye entry level job ke liye aapko kya pta hai, sdlc , dsa,full stack , java ,springboot, devops, cloud sab kuch maang rahe hai yeh recruiter toh yeh btaye ki engg college ke saath kya yeh kar sakte hai kya specially tier 3 . Jab college aur university change nhi kar rahi hai toh ek hi option banta hai bahar se seekho usme bhi Lets say online course karu , java ka full stack , aap ek aisa udemy or koi bhi online instructur bta do jisne full stack scratch se padha ke acche projects waghera sab karwaya ho and sab kuch sikhaya ho . Aapne kiya hai ?? Offline course ko aapne bola agreed but solution toh aap logo ko bana padega na , himmat hai toh bnaye course starting se html,css,js,mern/java full stack , low level design waghera aur kare upload aise online course. Me paise dene ko tayaar hu . Aajkal companies chahe na ,toh woh sab kuch training karke hire kar sakti hai but unko hamse 14 hours kaam karwana toh hai but training cost inko nhi deni , agar sikhoage na toh sab seekhenge. Pehle aap start karo
