Thank you Mr Mosher for writing the book. About 20 years ago a Chinese bishop was being interviewed on a talk Catholic show. I decided to call then and there from my car and asked the Bp.about this 1 baby policy and to my shock he was very cryptic and said something to the fact that it’s loosened up and was very brusk and uncomfortable. I was aghast at his nonchalant attitude as if we were discussing a political policy not the death of unborn human beings.
