That chase down while in Umbral in the beginning 👏🏼 That second fight with the reposte on the phantom was straight up dope So one thing I did notice is how bad Briar Storm is. I knew it would be bad but seeing someone else’s point of view using it makes me not even want to try to use it *AT ALL* 5:05 holy sh😮t 6:55 nice roll catch Great video bruh. Thanks dude. During encounter 3 when I was fighting the player with double Pietas swords and kept getting parry's, I was just baffled and lowkey laughing. Like they didn't even try another move. As mentioned they were quite committed. And yeah Briar Storm at times isn't exactly a hard hitter, but when using Anchorite's Ring, you'll have more defense/poise so you won't het knocked out of it to easily. In certain situations it can be a neat spell to use. I might try out Flame Funnel for one of the other inferno weapons. All in all with the spells used and Tancred's Mancatcher, the invasions were quite fun. I really like the Smiting Shield spell. Appreciate you stopping by.

I know I probably say this every time but .. THIS one is the BEST so far!! Just watched it again. I LOVE the music. Your vids are the only reason I have been inspired to play this game!! Now only if it would go on sale 😭

I’ve been trying to set a good build for tancred’s set but the damage is always ass compared to other weapons … I put the vixys for more bleed … the build works well with early bosses but then it becomes a joke against later bosses … you got any advice ?

Aye @thesun4892, for your build, if you have the Radiance Stat high enough, you could also add the spell buff Lacerating Weapon and Vortex Of Torment as both do bleed up and the Vortex inflicts both bleed and physical damage. The Ammunition called the Imbruing Chalice can be good to try as well along with the Ring of Sanguine Might. To also mention, I believe bleed works as a damage multiplier. Once it proc's, it will deal a bit of burst and tick damage, along with increasing the physical damage dealt by the player while enemy has the status inflicted on them.

@@alliedblade7663 I tried doing it three ways, one as full radiance build, one as wither/radiance, and lastly one as bleed/radiance, the full radiance gave the best damage. I just don’t understand why they gave it D scaling on both strength and agility, and it I think it’s stupid they gave the two handed special the same as the spell you can buy from his remembrance. I also tried using the infernal eruption to fill the gap for how the weapon is weak, the spell is very op but costs a lot of mana.

@@thesun4892 Yeah with how the scaling is set, it seems the devs wanted this weapon to go full route with a pure radiance build. And your right, that route is the damage dealer. It's kinda cool that if you buff Tancred's Mancatcher with Radiant Weapon before using the special attacks it increase the holy damage for them. And the two handed special does a bit of Smite build-up which can also be increased from the spell or salts.

@@alliedblade7663 yeah I tried the specials with the radiant weapon spell and it was very powerful. I tried giving it a second thought that this weapon might have been developed for players who want a challenge, like it’s not an easy win weapon like the light reaper’s daggers.
