Chef Saima.You know one of my bad habit is that I criticize too much reason being I am beside a veteran Banker a complete Chef as well and served many years in USA cooking various dishes. Walekum Asalam, Take coal from market that is also used for grill , put it on the cooktop and burn it :) We use it for giving to the recipe a nice odor and I leave it once the coal is fully burn. God bless you and your family
