Cashew Nut= 1/2 cup
Green Chilli= 2 no
Processed Cheese= 40 gm
Ginger= 1 inch
Milk= 1/3 cup
For The Masala:
Broccoli= 400 gm
Hung Curd= 2 tbsp
Fresh Cream= 1 tbsp
Fenugreek Leaves Powder= 1/4 tsp
Green Cardamom= 1/4 tsp
Black Salt= 1/4 tsp
White Pepper Powder= 1/4 tsp
Cumin Seeds= 2 pinch
Salt to Taste

Thank you chef we have to bake all tikkas ( like paneer or stuffed capsicum etc) at 200°C in oven for 20 to 12 minutes
