Also form are used to build up muscle memory, for in the instance in which a violent encounter does present itself. Your body has a basic understanding on what might occur.

I find this videos very helpful. I hope to reach my black belt in the art of tang SOO do one day. I am currently 4 belts away. My only wish for these videos is that Mabye you could walk us viewers through the steps that you are performing. I would like to point out the way that your moves are crisp and clean. Very nice video. I have subscribed.

This form is called jitte or 10 hands in shotokan and is great to use with a staff 😉
