I had the pleasure to meet Danny a few months ago after one of his former coworkers at NASA recommended that I check out his shop. The acoustic guitars are top notch, some of the best you will come across, and Danny is very personable, friendly, and knowledgeable. He's highly recommended if you are looking for a high-end and handcrafted acoustic guitar. Hopefully I will be buying a guitar from him in the near future.

What a fantastic person Danny is. His demeanour alone makes me want to play his instruments. A true artist and crraftsman.

I think it's very unique how Danny involves his knowledge of engineering with his designs and speaks of the frequency of the instrument. I bet he keeps his structure systems kind of private as they don't really get into the building process. I think there is a kind of miracle with luthier work where one is taking materials and shaping them into something that's sonic, resonant, projects musical sounds with frequency and tone etc. It's like one who builds an aircraft, something that flies and the sound chambers that Danny creates in a way they're crafted to fly, to vibrate and project, where all the ingredients work together to create the miracle of music, of beautiful sounds. It's great how husband and wife and family work together, a real beauty to that. I sense they are harmonious souls, people connected to purpose and possess a kind of resonance of their own. The film making is great too, and the music so moving and beautiful. Thanks Camisary Inc for creating a remarkable documentary about remarkable people and made too by people in touch with their craft of filming, and music making.

Dropped by there with a friend about 9 months ago. He turned on the equipment and allow me to play a couple on the stage. Fell in love with one of his guitars and although pricey, was going to go back and make a purchase... but that guitar sold. Amazing quality... impressive craftsmanship!

Great work here. I'm getting into shooting mini-docs such as this for small business owners around my small town of Guntersville and I'm curious of your setup. Would you mind sharing? Camera, audio, lighting? Thanks so much in advance. Again. Great work!

Hey Britt, thanks for reaching out. Glad you enjoyed it. We shot with a GH4 with a Canon 24-70mm. Lighting was natural during all of the studio shots we filmed. The interview lighting was done with one backlight and a key light. Audio was a lavalier setup.
