Bought a Tanglewood guitar from a "Dealer" after a few years the bridge cracked and I got the usual BS about humidity (where I live the lowest humidity anytime of the year is around 50%) and then the "Nah, not going to fix it, you need to buy a new one" and "have we got a deal for you". National Music the importers came to the rescue and here is the story.

I bought a Cole Clark acoustic guitar because it's made in Melbourne, and you can give them the serial number of the guitar if you have any issues. I also reckon if they're good enough for Snow Patrol, they'd be more than good enough for me. 😅
