The world was generated pre 1.19 so there's no way to get sculk unless they added it themselves

Potions could be a worthwhile investment. You have the redstone and access to glowstone. Can make invis, strength, speed, poison, harming, and water breathing for various purposes.

tango build quickly bee farm to produce honey in bottles. they give more saturation and can be eaten anytime. also time to "drink" is lower. this will benefit your team alot.
