തനി നാടൻ മുട്ടക്കറി || Kerala Style Egg Curry || Best for Appam Chappaathi and Noolappam ||

Ingredients
Egg boiled : 2
Onion : 2 medium size thinly sliced
Garlic : 1 Tbsp
Ginger: 1Tbsp
Curry leaves : 2 sprigs
Green chilly : 4
Coconut oil : 3-4 tbsp
Salt : as per your taste
Coconut milk : 1.5 cups
Pepper powder : 1 tsp
Garam masala: 3/4 tsp
Turmeric :1/2tsp
Tomato : 1/2
Saute raw garam masala spices (1 bay leaf, 3-4 peppercones, 2-3 cloves, 1 small piece cinnamon). Now add ginger and garlic saute until golden. To this add onions and saute well. Add salt as per your taste add green chilly and curry leaves and saute until onions are golden in color. To this add turmeric powder, garam masala and pepper and saute. Now add tomato and mix well add coconut milk now and cook for 2-3 minutes in low flame now (If you dont have coconut you can use coconut milk powder ) add 1/2 cup thick coconut milk and mix. Add boiled eggs now adjust salt and pepper. Add more curry leaves and green chilly , garam masala (1/4tsp) and 2tsp of coconut oil for extra flavour.
Tasty egg curry is ready now 😊
This curry is best for appam , noolappam, chappathi and bread 😊

I’ve made this multiple times and it’s come out AWESOME every single time. I replace the coconut milk with cashew paste when I run out of grated coconut and coconut milk powder, but the taste remains. Thank you for this recipe!
