I agree with that due to my own life experiences. I used to do everything with complete planning with the expectation of making it perfect. I even wanted my family to work with a plan no matter what the situation is . I couldn't go easy with my life. Now, after undergoing thereapy for some other reasons, I am gradually getting out of it. I realise how harsh I was on myself 😔
