I see where you are coming from. Social media kind of makes an imagery perception of having a "Mini me", and post all these photos/videos of how their kids are so "well behaved" or cute, and having a bf/child, and at the end we are going to get married and live in our dream castle. It actually doesn't work like that in the real world, and it's quite sad. I also blame schools because we don't teach enough about Sex Education. These days there's a lot of trends within our society such as "sneaky links". We understand, some people are going to do what they want to do, but it's always good to warn others. We need to start speaking upon sex Ed, what happens when we have sex, Stds, Hivs, infections you can get, how some woman bodies responds to sex, what can happen during sex...etc... All these things are important to know, so that we hope kids take these advices, and make better decisions in their own personal sex life! Yeah, it may be weird to talk about, but this is the human body. That's how all of us were created, and we need to be aware of these things!!

Like it or not some teens are going to have sex regardless to what you tell them. This is why parents should talk to thier teens about sex no matter how uncomfortable it is. Abstinence should be taught first and foremost. But parents should also have an open conversation about condoms and birth control.
