@ja3399 she came back in november 1997 won the nation cup, the nhk trophy, the german chapionship, was silver medalist at the grand prix final, and finish with a european bronze medal...

Ironically, Elaine Zayak did that same combination in the US Nationals in 1994 and ended up finishing 4th in the US in the short. Tanja does it at the Olympics and finishes 5th among all world skaters!

Well 3 women at US Nationals did a triple lutz combo cleanly. Ironically only 2 women did that here (Nancy, Bonaly).

I've said before, I think her jumps would get good GOEs, they're high and clean. That loop is text book.

Technically yes jumps spins great technique would place 6 th short 4 th long but fun presentation but not as mature as Chen even though spins and spirals needed Chen lu had more mature fluid artistic Sato 3rd popped a combination in short better spinners than Chen but what add difficulty was spins intersecting footwork

I used to feel bad for the girls who had warm up in her group. It seemed like she was always injuring other skaters.

Christina Cueto it's probably because she rotates clockwise and most other skaters rotate counter clockwise.
