Great stuff, man! This Yank remembers learning about Tank from a British schoolmate and his album collection, and since then, this stuff is just as good now as it ever was. Tank, like Raven, were true NWOBHM pioneers who embodied the powerhouse, D.I.Y. spirit and standards that this classic music will always be held to. People come and go, but great music lasts forever and this stuff is beyond great, it's totally kickass!

In the mid '80's there was often a concert on ITV on Fridays - just before shutdown at midnight . I still have this on vid and a Diamond Head performance which also wasn't live . These were done just for promo

I seem to remember this shown on tellabishon programme "The Tube", back in the day. But it wasn't, '81, it was long after I saw tank open up for Motörhead on their "Iron fist" tour, & that was' 82, i believe. And some of these tunes are from "Power of the Hunter", which came out in 1982.

To me this seems like they are playing along to the actual album tracks, doesn't sound live at all. Like promo video or something. You can hear a rhythm guitar track playing during the solos so it's definitely a recording they are syncing up too and crowd noises dubbed in. Still good to see the footage though :)
