I have been watching their "Workshop VLOG channel" for months - even though I dont understand a word of dutch its well worth watching! Both of them work so well together as a team each have extensive backgrounds working on engines. I know its incredibly hard to do the english translations so I am fine with their being no English translation on the workshop vlogs.

Love it when these come out as I can see if my assumptions about what’s going on on the Dutch daily workshop videos are correct! Still haven’t figured out why they randomly went off and took a tumble dryer to bits in the middle of one last week though :)
@fre3bs628
@fre3bs628 4 жыл бұрын
It was an experiment to tumble polish some of the rusted hardware, but instead of using actual polishing compound, they just trew a lot of bolts and screws in there and spun it, resulting in just noise.

Hey Mastermilo! I have an idea for your channel - I really like the useless experiments and here is my idea for an 'useless' experiment - you can get a car and measure it's stopping distance with 1. Front and rear brakes working (stock), 2. Only the front brakes working (rear disabled) and 3. Only the rear brakes working (front disabled). Btw I am really enjoying the tank project series! Thanks, Mastermilo!

HEY!!!!!!!!!! CAREFUL WITH THE MATHS THERE!!!!!!!!!!! If i'm correct it isn't 18,4 n/mm!!! it is 18,4 kg to move it a cm, so 1,84 k/mm you should multiply that by 9.8!!! it's gonna be 18,03 N/MM!!! That's 10 times more!! Otherwise that clutch won't work!!! I do follow you since 2013 or so guys, and i don't miss any of this series, but I wanted to point this out as I also want that tank to run because the effort you put on!!! And if I'm wrong, don't mind me! XD

I watched a video about the latest model Toyota Tacoma and in the video they asked why this model is still with rear drum brakes. In the video the answer was not clear - 'the engineers decided that way'. But here is another useless experiment idea - Get a car with rear drum brakes - measure it's stopping distance power, convert this car to rear disk brakes and see if this makes any difference at all. Cheers Mastermilo!
