They should bring back 106 & Park to help support black artists again especially in the R&B genre. The problem with Real R&B music right now is that it isn't being supported by Hip Hop/R&B radio stations such as HOT 97, Power 105.1 (Breakfast Club) and etc. The ones that just focus on playing just R&B music like V103 Atlanta your song will get some small chances to chart on Billboard Hot 100. Record labels have been conditioned as well by making their R&B artists pay attention to only Adult R&B chart and they don't put forth the money in promo or music videos with big budgets. Also, the demographic for R&B has been lowered. With Hip Hop they can boast about white people supporting their music, big blog sites covering them, big magazines and they got every platform opened to them to support them. R&B cannot boast these things like they use to since 2007.
