Even before this patch, things were still miserable. This season I've been climbing on tank and stagnant on DPS and Support - I was thinking "How is that the case, I feel like I'm losing most on tank." Went and checked my winrates: all tanks like 65-70%, yet it feels like every tank game has been utterly miserable. I'm winning more than 2 out 3, yet the experience sucks so much, they feel like losses. And that was **before** they nerfed tanks!

at this point with the state of tanks they need to separate all tanks "tank passive" so each tank has its own version to balance separately, do the same for healer and dps tbh, separate how armour effects each tank individually so e.g. rhines armour blocks 10 damage and dva 7 etc. same for dps and healer as well then go full scorched earth, tanks should ONLY tank, meaning no flanking tanks like ball and doom, no more "health" tanks like roadhog and mauga, if we are not going back to 6v6 outside a test then tanks need to only have one or two jobs not the current 7, one person cant cover for diving/counter diving, flanking/counter flanking, front line play make, squishy cover, rally point, space maker, and wall if they really want to stay 5v5 then tanks need to either be just dps with a lot of health which is boring and uninteresting and just means tanks are kaiju or they need to remove anything that's not a TANK tank, winston is the best example of a dive tank that dives to cover their diving dps, doom doesn't do that hes very selfish, we cant have selfish tanks in 5v5 because unless they are in high masters and are a god at doom they just make the game miserable for everyone else this may sound absurd but it would fix a lot of the 5v5 issues even if it would make tanks very boring and super similar

How on earth do you get out of lower ranks in this game? I'm honestly at a loss. I came back to the game, because I just felt like playing for a while again. My main class is in mid Gold, which is fine, even when I played more back in OW1 days and OW2 launch I never got past Platinum. But my side classes are mid-low Silver, and every single game is just filled with trolls. People afk or grief at the slightest bit of inconvenience. I'm trying to stay positive, but the way people act in the lower ranks just instantly makes me regret launching the game on a daily basis now. Even if I improve myself, I can't 1v6 and I'm also not insane enough of a player to make enough difference to counter 1-2 afk'ers / trolls/ grievers. It just feels like eternal hardstuck low Silver on my alt classes now. And for my main I can't see it going higher than Gold either, because yes I still need to improve as a player. But matchmaking is throwing 2wins vs 3 losses all day. And more and more people that have the low ELO mindset and just throw or troll like 9 year olds who don't get candy from mummy.
