Buddy, you either don't play tanks or you haven't played a tank other than Garen. You would be surprised at the amount of talent and knowledge it takes to execute efficiently especially with tougher matchups (Aatrox, Teemo, Urgot, etc.) and depending on who your champion is this can become even easier or harder to accomplish. Even someone notorious for being "braindead" aka Garen calls for superior play in order to win lane.

Not to mention the fact it's not like the other lanes-when your solo and you are behind a few minions, it feels like you are down 0-3 kda.

@@sethlewis2709 Oh I'm about to keyboard this shit if you still don't get it: Every champion in this game and pc version is skilled, or takes some level of skill. Brain dead champs are the ones who are a lot simpler than they seem: Renekton EEW combo or RWEE + some AA. Garen Q E AA R. Darius just spamming skills and slowing the enemies so you stack your passive. Irelia Q any minion, E W Q R/Q and you spam AA. But it still takes skill to do, it still takes skill and knowledge to win lane, Aatrox, Darius, Sett, Mundo are unskilled as they just run at you and kill you or tower dive you for free. This is possible only from season 12 in WR, in season 9, 10, 11 you would just crush them with skills, fundamentals and actual tactics. Now thanks to heart steal they get enough hp to be tankier than buying 2 items that give armor and mr individually. Making them not only a problem for the enemy but also stupidly easier to play than buying armor boots and maybe reducing enemy dmg, you also get it for cheap 2800 gold which is less than some core items like Nashor, Riftmaker, Bloodthirster, Solari Chargeblade etc. Whatever skill level they needed before now it's extra knowledge for them to defeat you as even Gwen struggles here after losing lvl 1 against Mundo(bro is not dying, takes too much time to kill and deals more dmg with missing hp). Had a match the other day with Gwen against Sett. All in lvl 1- I win, lvl 2-3 I win. he plays passively, Sett gets heart steal and is not dying, tanking all my skills 5 times and kills me with no needed tactics(he stat checks you to death) he gets it for cheap and it's unskilled as even a good All in, with dodging haymakers and E's did not help cause he survives ignite with Heart steal regeneration boost and his own passive(of course he did). Aatrox didn't change too much from previous seasons, he too can use it but haven't seen any. Darius became just as boring and fearless as Sett who just runs at you and gets too much hp for free because he has no boots so you're fked to compensate for that. Riven is unskilled with her 5 or 7 dashes and shield, even after failing an all in against a skilled or average player she just runs away to tower and you don't catch her. The "you don't play tanks, or haven't played something other than Garen" is bad. I've played Sett, Ornn and Volibear. Tanks are boring on top lane because they just exist and make you suffer, bruisers are tanks with damage and the only thing making that lane fun is some Red Kayn glass cannon build where you destroy these same noob tanks with 4 skills or Gwen late game when you survive enough bs and start killing tanks like you're supposed to. Yasuo too got more brain dead thanks to the build in the video making him as stupidly easy and simple as any Mundo or Sett: He gets hp, dmg and tanky, defeating the purpose of this so skilled champ. The top lane meta hasn't changed much, it's still Bruisers(Better said "Statcheckers"), tanks and fighters and sometimes assasins with mages like Zed, Kayle Teemo etc. The only things that changed on top lane is how boring it got after the enemies rushing heart steal and just bullying you under tower because it's cheaper and easier to access than 2 items like Thornmail and Twinguard or Warmog and Spirit Visage(idk these items just give free hp and make you a bit tankier)

Yone is not good in long fights, this build suits Yasuo, but critical suits Yone way better since u can go in, deal damage and go out, you cant do that with Yasuo, once u go in, its so hard to go out, so the longer u stay alive the better.
