Both New Holland T7's are on tankers. i'm pulling our 3000 gallon Hispec vacuum tanker and the other T7 is pulling a 2000 gallon tank. With first cut silage done the cut fields can now have the slurry applied to them.

You're not too bothered about the pump in that tanker with how fast you are revving it 😂 why not back all the way up rather than connecting 3 or 4 pipes together, would be easier on the pump as it wouldnt have to draw it as far

T7 210 will end up being a classic tractor of the 2010 2020s for sure... See them everywhere here in Ireland drawing silage... I love the bellow from the engine, I always hear them up and down my road...

Agreed these T7's are a great looking machine i especially like the bonnet design with the black highlights ,as modern tractors go defiantly one of my favorites. hope you got the rain today pal are fields have turned very crunchy the last week so happy to see them get a drink today.

Good stuff young man. The weather though is set for a change to cooler with rain when I watched the forecast tonight. Last night up here in Yorkshire it hammered it down so hard it woke me up! Torrential downpour for about an hour from about 3:30am. Not exactly Creme Egg time!

I drive a T7.200 and a T7.185 and the gear changes from pressing the button to to it changing it ages and it really punches when it engages. It is comfortable for a days work but she no deere.

I know you have a great suspended seat in the tractor, but, I’m amazed at the rough roads pitching the tractor around so much. But, I admire the work of farmers and the tasks they do and they must have huge weighs on their minds about the spiraling costs for everything they need and use on their farms. That poo has got to make the wheat, corn, oats, etc., taste so good. This practice was used in Korea when I was stationed there in 1968-69.

Love the vid George. Over in Ireland I've had an unsuspended axle at 40k in a t7270 and that's rough, plenty of power, 55k tractor but the roads just aren't up to it

Seems George it be very handy to have a strong pole ( fold able in half for traveling with a locking in folded place ) mounted up on the tractors back cab corner looking back over the trailer which is say 6 feet high when unfolded and locked in place that has a HD go pro type of camera fitted such that you can see behind you when you are spraying or some other action where seeing the resulting work area helps do it well? The camera could even be mounted on a motor which you use a Remote Control hand set to control it, that turns and pans the camera to the right views. Maybe even a gyro stabilized unit to lessen the bumps and dipping as you drive along! The view could be sent to you cab by a wire so you see on a monitor the working results of the spray etc? Maybe a have a sun shade over the camera too for bright sunny days so not to blind the camera lens, even the UK sometimes has too much sunlight LOL. This would I think be great for farmers to use and not pricey either it make it easier to know what the results are of spraying etc. which means better work and saved time! : )

Great video George. One question about the emptying of the storage tank. Is that being released into a small underground tank to fill the slurry tanker from? I’ve seen the storage but not the emptying of them so am curious
@FirstnameLastname-qe3ry4 жыл бұрын
how much would you think that tanker full will weigh?
@killianmurphy85274 жыл бұрын
Just to think it would take 400 loads with a 2500 gallon tanker to empty 1 million gallons of slurry
@sanmarino_cs16984 жыл бұрын
Very similar set up to mine. To make life easier set your 2 cruise rpm’s for fill and spread. No faffing about with the hand throttle every load then :)

This is the part Vegans dont get, to grow their 'healthy' food takes cow slurry to put nutrients back into the fields, without it the crops would really suffer with poor quality and low yield
