As a old man now who did competitive trampolining pretty much from 4 - 15 I had to stop as my back gave in. Most of the time in training was just messing about over throwing moves to expand and learn new stuff. I am impressed how well the divers are staying on the spot and not killing the bounce when going into the move. Bring the knees closer together and you will rotate faster and generate the same power for the second move. I always struggled with diving as it's natural to use the hips as part of maintaining the spot as I would always be close to the side when I hit the water. You guys are more impressive than the stuff we see at the Olympics. As they are all over the bed. You guys have better spot control
