Hey Tanner, I’m 14 and I’ve been subscribed for around a year and a half and I had horrible anxiety that started before I started watching you. Nobody knew what was wrong, not even me. I would be miserable for school everyday, crying and begging for my mom not to take me. At night I would get hungry and walk into the kitchen and my hunger would quickly go away thinking about the next day. I finally talked to my mom about it over a year ago and we went to my doctor and I just told her everything. She then put me on homebound for the last 2 months of the school year, sent me to a counselor and put me on anxiety meds. I was miserable. I didn’t know what was wrong with me but I wanted it to just disappear so I could be myself again. I lost a lot of weight and got down to 80 pounds. This year we decided homeschool was best for me. Since being homeschooled, I’ve got up to 93 pounds, I’ve been extremely happy, and I have more of a social life. I don’t feel miserable and I don’t have to worry about the next day at school. During all of this, night time was worst. I would be scared, crying myself to sleep. But as soon as I had an upsetting thought I would pull out my phone and watch your videos and they made me laugh at the same time I had tears on my face. You inspired me to be happy. I just wanna say, for me, school was my anxiety trigger. Since I’ve got away from it, I’m happy. Whatever you do, do what makes you happy because as you see you get completely miserable not doing what you like to do. It doesn’t matter what we think or like. If your happy that’s all that matters. Focus on YOU. You can’t spend your life trying to please others when your the one needed to be pleased. That’s a life poorly lived. I hope the best for you💗

Thanks for the inspirational speech. Even though I’m thirteen I totally understand what your going through. I have reoccurring pancreatitis ( which is just a terrible stomach pain that sometimes I am hospitalized for🙄)that I’ve had for 4 years. The pain has put me through hell and back and not just physically but also mentally. Sometimes it’s hard to do something you love because something you “have to do” gets in the way. You don’t want to just up and quit what you have to do but making it something fun and encouraging to yourself makes it ten times easier. I’m so glad your finally getting answers and hopefully getting the right treatment to get your physical and mental health back on the track. I get it Tanner. I've been there. I suffer severe depression and anxiety. After my Grandma died I didn't see a point in living. I attempted suicide and obviously didn't succeed. Today my aunt is. Dying. The only thing that is jeeping her alive is the medicine. It is making her heart beat to fast and we don’t want her to suffer so they are taking her off of it. can i just say you almost got me starting to cry,, just because of how much i relate to everything. not that i have a youtube channel with 3 million subscribers, but at this age (17) and it’s the last year of school you’re forced to know what you want to do for the rest of your life. and honestly i don’t even know myself yet. all my friends and peers are getting accepted and moving to colleges and pursing their dreams and i’m still stuck in that point where i still don’t know what i wanna be. it’s giving me so much stress lately, with all the anxiety and overthinking it’s like over taking everything. not only do i have to think about my future but it feels like i have to worry about grades and my social life now. it’s all too much for me yknow? I remember when I first subscribed to you and you had around 70,000 subs. That was the tanner I loved not the house, the car ( although it is very nice), I remember the tanner who loved KZbin, loved filming with his friends and most of all filmed a day of a normal teenager not one that just blew up on KZbin and used clickbate for content. This video made me realise as a 15 year old girl that there is always a complete other side to every person and they are most likely hiding the worst parts. I suffer from OCD, anxiety and eating and all of these come from over thinking absolutely everything. I honestly hope you take time away from KZbin and either re establish the passion you had or find a complete new passion. Thankyou tanner x

I completly understand you and I agree your old videos are somehing completly else than the new ones. But you have to know that now you are working for 3-4 hours a day three times a week. For example I'm a 16 years old from Slovenia and at 6 in the morning I go to school, have six or seven lessons there so I come home around 2 and then go to job for four hours and I earn 4€ (5$) per hour. Belive me, I dont enjoy my job or school and pretty much dont have free time. But you have four MILION people waiting for that one video every day... It's a right thing not giving a shit about people that want to see clickbaity videos, but you could make something for us, the first 50000 subs that brought you here - especially if that's the only productive thing you do in a day

Been subbed since you had 7k. You were my biggest inspiration. Because of you I started doing flips in 2016, Now I can do triples. I never saw anyone do KZbin like how you did and it was unique. then early 2017 you started to do really clickbait content and stuff that was just not like yourself. I still watched every video to support you but i could tell you didn't look happy. I started a youtube channel with my friends at the start of 2017 and we still make videos together (not this account that I'm on) Aside from that just remember so many people care about you. you have so much influence and so many people who get inspired and love your content. Do what makes YOU happy, because your real fans will like that too. You're probably not going to see this but I will always be on the #TannClann. Praying for you to find what makes you happy

hi tanner i'm a sub from 2k I unfortunately can't see this specific vid because of the age restriction ( saw it now it's awsome )but i experience the same problems you do with anxiety. you always make me smile and keep me going everyday. If you could physically see how many lives you change everyday by inspiring the future generation to be better people.
