Lotus Biscoff Cheesecake (loyang diameter 17 cm)
Base:
120 gr Lotus Biscoff Biscuit, haluskan
60 gr mentega cair
Chesecake (semua bahan dalam suhu ruang):
425 gr cream cheese
110-130 gr kental manis
120 ml cream atau susu
1 pcs telur
2 pcs kuning telur
½ sdm tepung terigu protein sedang
1 sdt ekstrak vanila
¼ sdt garam

Langkah:
1. Aduk cream cheese menggunakan spatula sampai lembut
2. Masukkan kental manis, cream, dan ekstrak vanila lalu aduk kembali
3. Masukkan telur satu per satu, aduk rata
4. Masukan garam dan tepung, aduk kembali menggunakan ballon whisk
5. Campurkan biskuit yang sudah dihancurkan dengan mentega cair, aduk rata
6. Siapkan loyang yang dialasi dengan baking paper
7. Oleskan baking paper dengan minyak atau mentega
8. Masukkan base ke dalam loyang dan ratakan
9. Masukkan adonan cheese cake ke dalam loyang, ratakan
10. Tutup dengan alumunium foil
11. Masukan adonan cheese cake ke dalam Tefal Air Fryer Easy Fry EY-401 dengan suhu 160 derajat celcius, selama 60-90 menit.
12. Lepas alumunium foil lalu panggang kembali 10 menit.
13. Dinginkan cheese cake di dalam lemari es minimal 4 jam atau semalaman sebelum dikeluarkan dari loyang
14. Setelah dingin keluarkan cheese cake dari loyang dan lepaskan baking paper
15. Panaskan Lotus Biscoff Crunchy Spread menggunakan microwave selama 20 detik
16. Oleskan di atas cheese cake sampai merata
17. Sajikan cheese cake dengan topping dan Lotus Biscoff Biscuit yang telah dihancurkan

Lotus Biscoff Cheesecake (7” pan)
Base:
120 g Lotus Biscoff Biscuit, grind
60 g melted butter
Cheesecake (all ingredients at room temperature):
425 g cream cheese
110-130 g condensed milk
120 ml cream or milk
1 pc egg
2 pc egg yolk
½ tbsp all-purpose flour
1 tsp vanilla extract
¼ tsp salt

Steps:
1. Stir the cream cheese with a spatula to soften.
2. Add the condensed milk, cream, and vanilla extract in. Mix well.
3. Add the eggs one by one. Mix well.
4. Add the salt and flour in. Stir with a balloon whisk.
5. Combine the ground biscuit with melted butter. Mix well.
6. Prepare a baking pan lined with baking paper.
7. Brush the baking paper with oil or butter.
8. Add the base into the pan. Level it out.
9. Add the cheesecake batter into the pan. Level the surface.
10. Cover with aluminum foil.
11. Bake the cheesecake with Tefal Air Fryer Easy Fry EY-401 at 160°C for 60-90 minutes.
12. Uncover the aluminum foil, then bake again for 10 minutes.
13. Cool the cheesecake inside the fridge for at least 4 hours or overnight before removing it from the pan.
14. After the cheesecake is chilled, remove it from the pan and remove the baking paper.
15. Heat the Lotus Biscoff Crunchy Spread Crunchy with a microwave for 20 seconds.
16. Spread on top of the cheesecake evenly.
17. Serve the Cheesecake with the toppings and crushed Lotus Biscoff Biscuit.
