Dear tanveer, As per NFPA in alarm check valve there have pressure switch. For low pressure you mention in this vedio 4 to 15 psi and for high pressure range set on how much PSI ? Please give a short answer...

W.Salam, Alarm Check valve (ACV) assembly's alarm activate when this ACV open. When water flow from pump to sprinklers then ACV opens. Now you have to check the location of drain valve then you will understand.

Brother ham ko ek daut hain please confirm Karen Jo alarm check valve se Jo chamber mai watar jata hain to water pressure hold nahi hota hai continue Bell bajta hai aur pressure switch active rahta hain system normal nahi hota hai please confirm

There is mistake in installation of assembly. Follow the assembly of ACV accordingly to manufacturers drawing recommendations. Drawing always given in catalogue of ACV assembly. Recheck the assembly according to drawing and install accordingly. If installation is correct then accessories may be some fault/error.

@@TanweerAhmedbrother mistake toh kuch hai lekin pata nahi chalrah hai , lekin jab check valve ka 1/2" valve open karte hai to water direct chamber me jata hai aur fir waha se sedha gong Bell bajta hai fir watar dren hota hai continue 👉 chamber me toh koi koi watar dren point nahi hai please confirm

@@dineshgautam5658 Water will drain continue from the chamber then the mechanical bell will start because the gong works with the flow of water. If you want to close the bell then its valve has to close manually.

@@dineshgautam5658 It will be reset when the water flows from the ACV assembly will stop. If water is flowing through the assembly then it will continuously run gong and also signals will transfer to FACP. You can reset either manually by closing the valve of the assembly where water is going to a gong or stop flowing water from the ACV assembly.

As per NFPA 13:2019, 4.5.1 The maximum floor area on any one floor to be protected by sprinklers supplied by anyone sprinkler system riser or combined system riser shall be as follows: (1) Light hazard - 52,000 ft2 (4830 m2) (2) Ordinary hazard - 52,000 ft2 (4830 m2). Therefore on any one floor, you can install one Zone Control Valve Assembly and sprinklers quantity to be calculated according to hazard recommended area.

@@TanweerAhmed our project spec demands for using flange type, but we installed groove type. So do we have any nfpa reference for this, so client will accept our installation

High pressure zone Hydrant & Sprinkler se alag alag Manifolding pipe me pipe connection hota hi jisme pressure Gage or flow mtr lage hotey hi. Same ayse hi low pressure zone se bhi Ayse connection hoti hi. Or system me water drain pipe bhi laga hota hi.
